在Server 2008上，可以通过ServerManagerCmd来安装.Net Framework 3.0，命令行如下：

ServerManagerCmd -install NET-Framework –allSubFeatures

但是这个工具在Server 2008 R2上已经过时，需要使用新的Powershell的命令来代替：

Import-Module ServerManager
Add-WindowsFeature as-net-framework
