其实都是UAC惹的祸……
MSXML4的QFE安装包（如KB954430）在Vista（及之后的OS）上安装失败，错误信息为“打开安装日志文件时出错。 请验证指定的日志文件位置是否存在以及是否可以写入。”
解决方案是把安装包下载下来，右键单击，选择“以管理员身份运行”即可……
